Topeak Pre-primed board is a type of board that TOPEAK has painted the base coat on the fiber cement board surface in factory.
This kind of board while installate on site, you only need to attach anti-crack belt between the two panels, and then put the same color putty to make the panels flat, after polish it, you can paint the top coat as you like, and then the painting wall is finished.
Using this kind of board will saves the processing and time of making penetrant coating, after put the putty have to wait and till it dry then polish it to paint the second base coat.
This board will obviously save labor, and materials, shorten the working days, reduce environmental pollution as well, the average cost will be saved about $2~3 per squre meter than the traditional way with buying the raw board and painting it at site.
